Those who have passed these examinations are granted the qualifications and privileges as follows:

By the application for issue of a license certificate, they may receive their license certifications (First/Second Class Construction Equipment and Technologies Engineer License) from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
By the application for the permission of a General Construction Business Operator, he or she can, in both of the first and second-class licenses, have the qualification to be appointed as regular chief engineer at each branch office.
By the application for the permission of a Special Construction Business Operator, he or she can have the qualification to be appointed as regular chief engineer at each branch office. This privilege is limited to the First Class License only.

Those who have passed the examination of this category (First Class only) are entitled to such qualifications.
The Industrial Safety and Health Law requires attendance at technical workshops. Those who have passed the examinations may be entitled to being exempted from all or part of the mandatory workshops.
The Industrial Safety and Health Law requires posting special voluntary inspectors. Those who have passed the examinations may be entitled to such qualifications.
